A small program called "Draugai" designed to automatically resize photo images. When you run the program,
it automatically pulls all the images in the current folder and reduces all 'JPG' images to the specified value (in pixels).
Whats new in this version:
specify the quality of the results JPG files (0-100) and interpolation type, used in JPG encoding, which also influnce image quality and program speed.
Program reports on the progress of work, saves the result in a new folder named 'resized'.
